DPR has worked with clients garnering media attention from just about every imaginable level – ranging from community newspapers to the Wall Street Journal. The experience has resulted in considerable expertise in building and managing press databases. DPR leads media outreach for the majority of its clients, which includes building and maintaining press lists, writing and distributing press releases, conducting press conferences and making press calls to trade and consumer media.
DPR is responsible for all press relations at our clients’ trade shows. In advance of a show, we work with trade publications on stories relevant to the show and invite attending press to visit the company’s display. We also come up with booth activities to increase the presence of booth traffic, present those ideas to our clients and execute once approved. On-site duties include hosting press conferences/luncheons, maintaining the companies’ presence in the press room and handling press contacts at the clients’ exhibits on the show floor.
DPR has been involved in every aspect of producing a national sales meeting. We help clients’ overall annual communications strategic planning sessions, long and short-term, from submitting ideas, working with budgets and prioritizing projects.
